As a leader in all related to surveying in the Indian Ocean, ILS must guarantee quality that meets its client’s demands. Furthermore, issues of outsourcing are significant and nowadays it is necessary to provide outstanding delivery quality that meets the standards of the various countries with which we work. In order to do this, a quality control, which verifies plans before delivery, is already up and running.
ILS has initiated a process of Quality Management based on ISO 9001: 2008 guidelines. Through several processes, including project feedback analysis, ILS is becoming more and more effective, efficient and competitive. Mrs Rova Andriamampianina, has just joined our team as Quality Management Officer. We would all like to wish her a very warm welcome!
